This tucked away little gem is a fabulous location for a private ceremony, cocktail hour, receptions under 200, and great for welcome dinners or brunches too. This area is pre-lit with landscape lighting, lanterns in the center tree, as well as all the olive trees and pillars are wrapped in twinkle lights! We also have nearby power for use for things like specialty lighting, dj's, and bands.
This Platform Area can be added to property rental for larger guest counts and those who need space to create a full buildout. This area of the property has the most spectacular views of all! Located at the top of the hillside is a large carpeted area 55* ft by 135 ft ideal for large reception. This area will make for a great open air setting, or location for different sizes and styles of tents and structure builds. A circular roadway will allow for an easy drop off location for shuttles and other forms of specialty transportation. Wide DG pathways connect this area to the house portion of the property for easy transitions.
The main level has a 2,000 square foot lush manicured lawn, with a large circular built in bar, and natural gas fire pit creating a warm and inviting space for your guests. This space includes pre-existing cafe bulbs draped across the lawn, as well as the exterior of the home. Landscape lighting provides a safe route for your guests, and highlights the beautiful surrounding landscape. The 2 Italian imported fountains provide a tranquil and serene setting for any occasion. A large built in bar and fire pit feature on natural gas are also located on this level. The new pergola makes for a great alternative to a catering tent. The structure has lighting and power already installed for easy use.

Our Wooden deck measuring 36 ft wide by 60 ft in length can seat up to 320 for a ceremony or can be used for cocktail hour, small receptions, and more. The deck is surrounded by lush gardens and a sprawling manicured lawn.
Located just below the Upper Lawn Area, is a large beautiful remodeled pool, with 6 streaming arched water features cascading across. The Guest Suite includes lounge area, marble counter kitchenette, beautifully remodeled bathroom and french doors leading out to the pool. This space is perfect for a bridal suite, as natural light fills the room, creating a perfect place to get ready and relax. A natural gas stone fireplace is located adjacent to the guest suite, providing warmth as well as great conversation. There is ample landscape and continued cafe lighting throughout. Tier 2 is ideal for cocktail hour or a dinner location for your private event.

Pricing is available upon request. The average event is 150 guests, and due to the amount of basic vendors that need to be brought in, a starting budget for an average sized event would need to be a minimum of $70k. With all requirements, costs continue to increase, and vendor choices and guest count will play a big part in your overall budget.
Yes, events with over 25 guests and/or when any alcoholic beverages are being served, outside transportation is required. We work with several transportation companies that can be found on our preferred vendors list. We do allow up to 10 personal vehicles to be parked on site that are reserved for those with disabilities, child seat needs, and other specific needs.
We provide a comprehensive list of amazing vendors that we know will do an amazing job with your event, although we are always happy to welcome a new team in. We do ask that if you do choose to go with an outside vendor, to check with our team for vetting. All vendors must be insured and properly licensed.
Per Santa Barbara county's noise ordinance and being a considerate neighbor, we have an amplified music cut-off time at 10pm. We do allow for silent disco and other quieter activities to finish out the night but do require all guests be on shuttles and leaving the property by 11:30 at the latest.
Mobile bathroom units need to be brought in by your chosen vendor for any event over 25 guests. We have several options in our preferred vendor list. There is one bathroom available for the renting party and any specialty needs located in the pool house.
Woof! Who doesn't love a good ring pup? We do give special permission on request to our renting parties to allow their fur-family to join in the fun as long as they are leashed, picked up after, and watched/handled during their time on site. We do ask that guests keep their fur friends at home.
